The eCarePAK Installation Service includes installation of all imagePROGRAF PRO printers and all of its components (printer, AIO computer, stands, as applicable). The end-user will also receive a brief training on how to use the PRO device.

How it Works: An end-user purchases an eCarePAK Installation Service plan from a Laube Imaging Products. The Laube Imaging Products will then purchase the eCarePAK Installation Service from Canon U.S.A., and submit the following information at time of purchase:

 End-User Contact Information: Full Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email The end-user will be contacted within two (2) business days of order submission to Canon, to schedule an installation appointment. This appointment will be scheduled to occur no more than three (3) business days after contact has been established, or on the date requested by the end-user, if available.

What is included in the Installation Service?

•  Physical set-up of the Canon printer (including placement of the printer on its stand with end-user assistance*)
• Installation of ink tanks
• Connection to the printer via Ethernet cable
• Producing a test print to ensure proper connection and functionality
• Brief Training
