eCarePAK Installation Advantages: · On‐site installation services for imagePROGRAF TM Printers, TM MFP Lei series, and TM MFP T36 series devices. Software is not included with this service. · Prompt service, responsive to end‐user needs.
How it Works:
An end‐user purchases an eCarePAK Installation Service plan from a reseller. The reseller will then purchase the eCarePAK Installation Service from a distributor, and will submit the following information at time of purchase:

Full Name,
Company Name,
Address,
Phone Number,
Email ·
Reseller Contact Information: Company Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, Email .
The end‐user will be contacted within two (2) business days of order submission to Canon, to schedule an installation appointment. This appointment will be scheduled to occur no more than three (3) business days after contact has been established, or on the date requested by the end‐user, if available.
Laube Imaging support team will monitor the delivery, installation and setup process.
